All technical platforms support full-cycle computer simulation, structural optimization and aerodynamic verification for air-conditioning fans and core components, greatly improving product performance, stability and technical competitiveness. The high-precision MGS intelligent testing system can quickly and accurately detect fan air pressure, temperature, air volume and other core parameters to ensure consistent product quality. In addition, Tonada has established long-term industry-university-research cooperation and joint laboratories with many colleges and universities in Chongqing, further empowering the company’s continuous R&D and innovative capabilities.
● CAD/CAM/CAE Platform
    Adopting integrated computer-aided design, manufacturing and engineering analysis technology, the platform realizes digital simulation of fan aerodynamics, structural strength, heat dissipation and fluid field. It supports rapid product modeling, structural optimization and performance prediction, effectively shortening product development cycle, reducing trial production costs and improving overall structural rationality and operating efficiency of brushless fans.



● Advanced Intelligent Fan Testing System & Fan and Motor Noise Testing Lab

    Equipped with full sets of professional fan performance detection equipment, the system can complete accurate testing of air volume, wind pressure, efficiency and power consumption under different working conditions. The independent noise testing laboratory provides precise noise and acoustic vibration data analysis for fans and motors, helping optimize mute design and ensure low-noise operation of vehicle and engineering ventilation fans.

● Fan Start-Stop Performance Testing System

    This system simulates long-term frequent start-stop working conditions of fans in vehicle HVAC and engineering cooling systems. It conducts continuous cyclic start-up and shutdown tests to verify product stability, anti-fatigue performance and service life, ensuring that Tonada brushless fans can adapt to complex and frequent startup scenarios of various vehicle and engineering equipment.

● Fan Resistance Performance Testing System

    Professional resistance testing equipment simulates various wind resistance and back-pressure working environments in actual installation conditions. It verifies the operating stability and air supply efficiency of fans under different back-pressure loads, effectively ensuring stable air volume and static pressure output of products in confined air ducts and complex heat dissipation environments.

● Temperature & Humidity Cyclic Chamber

    The high and low temperature alternating test chamber simulates extreme high temperature, low temperature and humid and cold alternating environments. It verifies the environmental adaptability, structural stability and electrical reliability of fans after long-term temperature and humidity cycle changes, ensuring stable operation of products in vehicle high-temperature exposure, winter low temperature and humid industrial working conditions.

● Fan Vibration Test-Bed

    The professional vibration test platform simulates continuous bumpy and vibration working conditions of engineering vehicles, buses and mobile equipment. It inspects the structural firmness, anti-vibration performance and operating stability of fans under long-term vibration, greatly improving the shock resistance and durability of Tonada fans for vehicle and engineering harsh scenarios.
